Working for Fedex Trade Network (formally known as Tower Group
International) has been a great experience. My co-workers are for the
most part amazing, very fun people to work with. We have normal working
hours starting at 8am-4:30pm or in some cases 8:30am-5pm, we also have
some people who work the night shift. There are not many people who
have to do overtime, it happens but not very often from what I have seen
and heard. The dress code is pretty strict, but it usually is in an
office. No jeans except for the last Friday of every month, and we
contribute to a charity, no shorts even in the summer, tank tops only if
they are wide strapped in the summer, no skirts too short, no tops to
low cut. As far as advancement there are opportunities, but I dont see
them too often.
