The interview process was very straight forward and the questions I was
asked were typical. I interviewed with the office manager who had been an
office manager for approximately 2-3 years. The interview process was
typicall and standard, one on one, conversational style, question and
answer session. A few questions that stuck out were, "How good are your
communication skills? How well can you deal with adversity? What is type
of claims experience do you have?" There were no curve balls thrown my way.
