It is an unpaid internship and it will remain unpaid. there are no
gaurentees
for hire for pay at all. There is no vacation time because it is an
internship.
But the schedule is very flexible according to your needs, after all
you are
working for free. However, most interns leave after their season is up
because
they believe they will never eventually pay. Although it states that it
is
strictly an unpaid internship, I believe that if you show an incredible
amount of
effort, and they see you can be an asset to their company things can be
changed.
For instance my official internship starts in May but I started early
because I
wanted to get familiar with the job and I wanted to let everyone know
that I'm
willing to work even when I'm not supposed to. And even after i
complete my
season i plan on staying to learn and to hopefully be considered as a
potential
paid employee.
