I had originally come in to meet with Fanning Personnel to obtain
employement elsewhere. I interviewed with my initial recruiter and met a
couple of other recruiters who had some positions they thought might
interest me. Many of the questions asked were why was I looking for
employment, what I thought my strengths and weaknesses were, and
questions about my education. A couple of weeks later I got a call to
discuss an opportunity to work for Fanning. I had to come back in to
interview with Vice President whom I would be assisting, and we went
over many of the same questions. We went over the job description and
what would be expected of me if I was offered the position. I was also
asked to describe myself, which entailed where I was from, where I had
worked, and what I wanted to do in the future. After meeting with the
Vice President I met briefly with the Marketing Coordinator whom I would
be working extensively with. After I left I got a call to meet with the
VP of Operations and the President. We went through the same round of
questions, and discussed the work environment and what I expected of the
position. After meeting with the President, I met again with the Vice
President and was offered the position.
