Working at my employer is great! We are a small office of about 15
people, so we are close knit. We know each other personally and know all
about each other's lives. We are predominately women and all of us get
along well with each other, although there are those days when everyone
is stressed out and having a bad day. Normal office hours are 8:30-5:30,
but some come in from 8-5pm or 9-6pm. Then there are others who stay
well after 7pm. The hours really depend on what you need to accomplish
during the day. Our dress code is business casual, but many wear suits.
As long as you look professional anything you wear is fine. There aren't
many opportunities for advancement. For the support staff the only
option to advance is to become a recruiter. Once you are a recruiter
that is your position until you decide to leave the company.
