Hours are 9:00 to 5:00, but the environment is such that it is very
casual. If we need to get home to the kids, we can. If we have a
doctor's appointment, we go. Vacation time is what we make it. Because
there is no "salary" per se, our hours and our desk is our own. This is
good if you can be a self-starter. Benefits are just okay, expensive.
But the office is small, so it is hard to get a good benefits
package. ... I sell our recruitment services to pharmaceutical and
clinical research companies throughout the United States. We charge a
20-25% of salary as our fee. My commission is 50% of that fee.

This gentleman has over ten years experience in Regulatory Affairs with
major pharmaceuticals throughout the United States and Europe. Right
now he is responsible for a team of regulatory professionals providing
all regulatory support outside of the USA ,Canada and the Japanese
markets. The therapeutic areas he is currently working in are Neurology
and Dermatology, with several early development projects in a range of
indiciations including Oncology. In the past he has managed day to day
operations in RA and QA and has developed global strategies, written,
reviewed, and edited regulatory documents including INDs, ANDAs, NDAs,
MAAs. He has extensive EMEA/FDA/International regulations experience.
This highly qualified individual is prime for his next move and would
like to be settled in a new position by beginning of 2004. He is highly
