My current salary package is one that is tentative. I was hired on at $13.50,
which was the minimal amount offered for the position. The salary package does
offer up to $16.00 to those with previous experience upon hiring, and also
benefits if the individual is planning to work full time. The benefits include
investment options and the standard insurance options of dental, life, and
health. The pay scale does go up and raises are given intermittently depending
upon several factors. Punctuality, dress, and efficacy are key factors in
determining when raises are given to the employees, but the company is by no
means stingy when granted raises to the employees who demonstrate hard work and
dedication to their position. I am told that there is a Christmas bonus to agents
and their staff, as well as vacation time. However, as a business administrator
and not an actual agent I am not granted paid days off, for vacation or for
personal days. All office supplies are reimbursed to the employees should they
need to buy them, but the office does a very good job of making sure that all
necessary supplies for doing one??s job effectively are maintained and constantly
present.
