The overall business outlook of the company can be summarized as long
term. The company focuses mostly on investment annuities and insurance.
The umbrella company of FMC Financial Group is Mass Mutual; which is
based out of Massachusetts. The strengths of the company in the
competition market is that they have been a long time and trusted
player in the business of investments and insurance. The company is
also extremely conscientious of effective business policies, in
compliance with privacy regulations in all states that it functions in.
Dealing with insurance policies, and thus client medical files, Mass
Mutual has tried to focus on privacy protection of all clients above
and beyond state regulations. I believe the business outlook of the
company is generally good, because all agents are dedicated to seeing
their clients happy with their investment portfolios and insurance
policies. Many face to face meetings occur with each individual client
an agent has (which can number into the high hundreds), and as is the
case the majority of the time, agents will go to the clients home in an
effort to make the clients life easier. The general employee morale is
extremely high. It is uncanny to me to see that every employee not only
views the company in such high regard, but each other as well. Every
agent and their staff is dedicated to seeing business flow smoothly in
the agency, and in the umbrella company. They are also widely focused
on seeing all clients content and secure in their policies and
portfolios with no reservations in any venture they might take in the
future to see both policies progress.
