The culture is very diverse and good with employees. My company will
hire anyone that looks like he/she will be good for the job. My hours
are
from 9-5, but there are different hours throughout the agency. The dress
code is not that bad at the executive office its suits and ties, but
were I work it??s a little more laid back. Yes you have to dress up but
not in suits and ties. The opportunity for advisement is great here.
When I started I was a secretary and in 7 months I became a Records
Analyst.
