Corporate culture: Structured but modern, proactive within the market,
mainly stock holder focused.
Diversity: Reflects our country society, and has even more diversity
than Argentine society.
Hours: From 8:30 or 9:00 till 17:00 or 18:00, it has flexible working
hours.
Dress code: In administratives buildings allways suits from mon to
thurs, friday's are cassual dressing.
Opportunities are not the best asset of the company because our local
market is changing to an alternative source of fuel for passengers
vehicles (Natural Compress Gas), in the short time and the market is
smaller every year. Our service stations are closing at a 15% rate
every year so we are dealing with lay outs every other year at about
10% to 20% of the employees.
