I get a bit over $96K and that's typical for my position or ones like it
in the company. We get quarterly bonuses based on company performance
in several different areas. These are flat dollar amounts. We also get
an annual bonus based on a percentage of our salary and our level.
These range from 2% to 17% and are multiplied by another percentage
based on some defined company performance numbers and finally multiplied
by an individual performance rating. They usually spend about a half
day meeting explaining the numbers at the end of the year. Vacation is
based on years of service and is added to 4 floating holidays plus 9
other holidays such as July 4th, etc.
