For an entry-level position at the adminstrator-manger level, you will
probably have an HR interview, followed by an interview with the hiring
director. If you pass these levels, you will meet with the group's
Vice-President before being hired.
The HR interview will be general get-to-know you and behavioral
questions. They are simply looking for fit. Mainly, an amiable
disposition seems important.
The hiring director will ask questions about how your previous background
parlays into the current position. They will ask you about what
opportunities you see within the scope of the job and some ideas you may
have.
If you make it to the interview with the Vice-President, your chances are
very very good. This is more of a confirmation interview. Questions may
be more strategic and general rather than about the specifics of your
past experience.
Direct hiring managers seem to be looking for specific skills since they
want you to hit the ground running. More senior executives seem to look
for trainability.
In the end, the questions will depend a lot on the temperment and
preferences of your interviewer. There does not seem to be a set format.
Overall, through the two positions I've had within the company, I've
undergone a battery of interviews and most were quite different.
