Job Title Salary Survey
Manager High 80's. Keep in mind, I've only been here since mid-2004. I moved from another major consulting firm and made a significant bump in base salary (over 20%). I told them exacly what I made as well.So I nearly fell out of my chair when I got the offer. Relo bonus: 6k. Sign up bonus: 5k. They also have a new year-end bonus program which has not had a chance to pay up yet so I'm not sure what it provides and no one can seem to explain it to me. Benefits: Less impressive. Heath and dental insurance premiums were double what I was paying previously. 401(k) only has a full match till 3% but they do have a pension that kicks in after you have been with the firm for 5 years. The Flex Spend and pre tax Commute programs are an added benefit and can defintely add up for those of us in the higher tax brackets. Vacation: 25 days for Managers. Same as my previous firm. Although one difference is that 4th of July, Labor Day, and Memorial Day are 4 day weekends. Additional 3 floating days. All in all - a very nice vacation package.
