I met with the department manager and the managing director Over Competitive Intelligence Services. I had an offer and a contract withing 48 hours. Now, there is a much more formal interview process that includes two to three interviews at the business unit level, one HR interview, and those who are passed on to the next level interview with a managing director. Candidates are disqualified for many reasons. One for having been enrolled in a rehabilitation program, one for not sounding excited enough (this was a research analyst postion), and a multitude of different reasons not always making business sense.
