The horror starts when you get to work. And since the time of hire---the HR culture at E&Y has changed. They are out to screw people rather then to look out for their employees. Do not trust an NR person at E&Y in the Tri State Area. They are not there to serve the employee- they are there to serve the partnership. Oh, by the way the CEO of E&Y made 43 million dollars in 2003 right before he was forced out!
