The Cleveland CBK had almost NO diversity. There were a few non-white
workers, but only one in management. This was reflective of all of
E&Y.
The business casual dress code was a bit misleading as managers were
still expected to continue with more formal dress. The difference in
the "real" dress code created an even bigger divide between associates
and managers.
Analysts were expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, and this
was for a salary that lagged behind E&Y's Big Four peers. In fact,
salaries lagged behind its second tier counterparts.
