IN AUDIT department, LONG hours, lots of travel, will make you take 3
trains to get to a client (2 hourss each way) to save car rental costs
high turn over, employees don't last long, are unsatisfied.
Quality and effort are not cecognized. Only way of survival is if you
have a strong friendship w/ family relationship to key client /
partners/ mangers. (go out with manager often for a game after hours,a
dn let him win)
Reviews are not objective, closed doors to managers, some abusive
managres around, lack of value to family needs, medical appintements
needs (after hours), culture and diversity not respected
Horrible culture. pressure to llok good would require you to under
report hours and therefore would reflect negatively on you.
Unpleasant.
Managers are asked to skew review and down grade good preformers in
order to support other reviews, unjustified.
