This place is on the decline. It is a mean spirited place that is all
about profit for the partners. They are sending work outside the US and
hiring young graduates for low salaires and then will work them 60 to 70
hours a week. The ethics are non- existent. It is not a profession any
more. Hold onto your pension and your ethics if you decide to give this
place your time. They will try to ruin you- take a clue from AA---this
firm is NO different. In fact most of the ex Anderson partners are at
E&Y. Take a look at the number of law suits and SEC warnings and
Justice Dept. issues before you take a job here. Their flex work
programs are a joke. Yes- you MIGHT be able to beg your way into a FLEX
work arrangement but then you will be harrassed and your performance
review will say you do not take ownership of your work!
