The atmosphere was very casual and friendly, but the pace was insane. I
oftem had to work 80+ hours per week to keep up and I am organized. Some
did more. It was a large company running like a start-up. Little
planning, few procedures, allot of duplication of work, but easy to
change direction quickly. We employed people from all walks of life with
varied/diverse technical background and experience. Advancement was
difficult as in most companies today, they are in maintanance mode where
not many openings become available. Any openings were not replaced.
