Job Title Interview Survey
Management Trainee I was contacted the day after I filled out the online application. The person who called me seemed very uninterested in calling me and rattled off the job requirements like she had recited them to 100 people that same day. She set up a phone interview for the following week. I had the phone interview with a different person but she too seemed very uninterested in hiring me or anyone for that matter. She asked the typical interview questions. Here are a few I can remember: 1. Why do you want to go through a long interview process to work for Enterprise? 2. What makes you think you would work well with others? We wrapped up the interview in about 20 minutes and I received a letter 7 days later telling me that my credentials are great but I am not the type of person Enterprise was looking for. After all the negative things I have read about becoming a management trainee I'm glad I did not get the job. 52.5 hours a week + 1 or two Saturdays for an average starting salary of $28,000.
