My most recent salary package was 60,000, plus benefits of health insurance at a
minmal cost, life insurance at a minimal cost and Dental Insurance at a minimal
cost.
My last merit increase was 100.00 per month. I received Contingency Compensation
(CC) of 25% which was about 2000.00 after taxes. This is no longer available at
Lilly 2003 was the last year for CC bonuses. I was issued a stock option of 250
shares at 78.00 per share option price. Needless to say these are worthless and
will be for some time, years to come. There was no merit increase for 2002. So I
made appx 62k a year including benefits.
My Caucasian counterparts and Men with the same position and similar time in
made 80k-85k last year and did not accomplish as much as I did in performance.
