At the beginning of my employment I Enjoyed working at Edward Jones I
excelled at my Job and did well. When Doug Hill took over the
conditions for us at the field got worse I would not recommend that
anyone go to work for this company management is not consistant the
rules are rewritten on a daily basis the work load for an IR is
consuming and you do not have any authority over your assistant. Health
and other benefits are limited and expensive. The payout on investments
is not enough to compensate for the addtional expenses the IR incurs at
the branch level. Go to Smith Barney or Merrill even AG Edwards is
better for payout and working conditions.
