Edward Jones is in my opinion the number one company to work for in the
country. As an Investment Representative I have access to the best
product training out there. From day one Jones puts an emphasis on
product knowledge and doing what's right for the client. Each IR will
have the chance to open his or her own office. We are allowed to run
our office and set up our business the way we want. There is no
pressure from the home office to "push" certain products. Jones
corporate culture is wonderful. All of our people are top notch
individuals and all of our IR's are drivers. This job is not easy and
it is not for everyone but if you're willing to use the Jones Recipe
and do what is asked of you, you cannot fail. If you are not willing
to do the work, you will not make it.
