Our particular division has a very agressive sales plan that we are all
committed to achieving. This company has quarterly updates for the
whole division to attend to allow for everyone to know where we are in
reaching our goals. This division is one of the money producers for
the company and so our morale is very high. We are constantly going
after our competition and our winning new business. Everyone views the
company's success at a direct reflection of their own hard work and so
we are always pulling together and doing what we have to do in order to
make the company successful. I will say that in the last year, we have
not let go of anyone but have been constantly hiring in order to
fulfill our customer's requests. In an econonmy where many companys
aren't making it, this one is one that is actually growing and gaining
ground. I feel EXTREMELY fortunate to be working here and proud to be
an employee.
