I started out at $55K on the premise that I would travel about 35-50 of
the time
and would not have to be billable. OUrs was considered a value added
service.
Since then I have recieved two raises totaling 4K and I now make 59K.
My job
responsbilities have changed drastically as I am now reauired to travel
almost
100% but there has been no adjustment in salary. This has been brought
up to
senior management and their response is to go to Monster.Com. Since
being there
they have stopped the employee stock purchase plan and only contribute
to the
401k once per year in the amount that you contribute every two weeks.
