This is not a nice place to work. The top people in the company
basically drive the true workers making them travel extensively and
abusing them to meet unrealistic deadlines. They pay below market
values
for what you are asked to do. They can do this because they have made
deals with several of the larger Counsulting firms to not hire their
employees if they will feed them business. This effectively cuts off
the
exits to anyone who wants to escape and ever increasing hostile working
culture and there are increasing numbers of us who want to head for the
exits. Job responsibilites and other tasks keep growing but there is no
change in job description or pay adjustment for the extra work and
effort. There are a lot of very unhappy people working here. The VPs
have made a lot of promises that things would get better but they just
get worse.
