The company is very strange right now. The software is selling well but
there seems to bo care about employee concerns, working conditions or
compesation and recoginition. There seems to be a take it or leave it
attitude expressed to the emplyees. There is a growing desire by
mangement alomost obsessive about the stock price and what it is going
to
take to be profitable. This translates into asking the small number of
employees to do more with less and expecting them to do this without any
extra compensation. If the company continues on this path they will
have
no talented people working for them in the end.
