Corporate Culture:
- This company highly values its employees and how performance is
achieved. The standard, annual performance measurement process takes
into account both the results that one has attained but how they have
attained it. There is a traditional corporate organizational
structure, however very minimal office politics to get the day-to-day
work accomplished. Most managers have open door policies and are open
to their employees' needs.
The company values community involvement and is active in annual United
Way fund raising drives as well as allowing a few days a year for
volunteering at company sponsored events.
Managers are giving a lot of power in terms of granting educational
reimbursements and time off as well.
Diversity:
- This is a non-issue at the company - both in terms of it not being an
issue as well as there not being any large initiatives to build
diversity.
Hours:
- Standard 8-5 for most employees at the Coporate facilities with
managers typically working extended hours and others working longer
weeks around project deadlines.
