I have really enjoyed being able to move not only around the US, but also within the organization into different positions. Since Eaton is a large company there is typically opportunity to move if you desire to a new location. The hours have always been fairly long, but enjoyable. Most locations are in more rural areas, which makes living and commuting enjoyable. They have excellent benefits as far as medical, dental, and eye insurance; their 401K is great! I have enjoyed my 10 years with Eaton. Eaton also pays 100% tuition costs for education.
