Aquired from Siemens Building Tech 1/2003. Kept same management,
Benefits election packet arrives 2 days before it is due at Corporate.
The packet information had nothing that was available in this area.
Numerous calls to HR to learn that there is indeed a plan for us here,
but it is not on form. left to hope for best by writing in the name of
the plan.
Then we find that the company will no longer be making any match to the
401(k) program. Training is non-exixtent. Safety program consists of a
flyer in pay envelope once a month. Employees are not permitted to show
initiative or exihibit independent thinking. No autonomy. Impossible
to get information from superiors or management.
Employee evaluations are now 7 months overdue. Compensations is based
on evaluations. After previous evaluation that was very good, I earned
a 1.9% increase.
