Currently making 70K but will be 're-aligned' meaning demoted and salary will be
chopped dramatcially in another cost saving effort. This 're-alignment' is not
based on current performance but on the lowest job code/salary that someone
thinks could fill my currentposition. Have not had a raise or bonus in over
three
years. Vacation is good, I think it matches the market. Stock prices are low so
no ones buying but you can buy at 85% of market price if you so desire. They do
some 401K matching -$.25 for every $1.00 invested up to some limit but it all
goes to buying EDS stock which isn't doing well.
