My hiring process involved two rounds. First was a meeting with an EDS
Regional Recruiter (a position which, from what I hear, has since been
eliminated). Based on my interview, I was then scheduled for a second
interview at the EDS site approximately a week later. This second
interview was with the Operations Manager and one of the Supervisors.
The questions were mostly of the specific experience-type (i.e., "Tell
me about a time when you...."). I was phoned about a week later with
the offer, and visited the site that week to sign on. EDS requires that
you pass a drug screening (hair test) before you may begin work.
