EDS keep you tied to your desk, your kept like a mushroom (in the dark
and fed
manure), there's no room for advancement unless you are young, the work
hours are not flexible at all, their dress code is business casual
however they don't pay you accordingly so you can afford their dress
code. They talk to you like you are a child. You have to ask to go to
the bathroom. We signed a contract when hired that we would be paid
bonuses and incentives and to date EDS keeps lying that we didn't sign
such a form. They go out of their way to make you feel like you don't
belong (eg. we don't have our own desks, you have to pick a new desk
for every shift you show up for), I guess they don't want you to get
too comfortable.
