Only accept a job at EDS if it is your last and only option. Employee
morals is at a disgusting low. There are way too many managers and not
enough employees. EDS does not have a valid business plan to address
the current state of things. Whenever teams start making progress of
establishing repose with a manager everything is re-organized. I have
probably had 10 different managers in the last 3 years. Not only does
management not discuss compensation, but when it??s brought up they act
as though they are powerless to approve any type of raise. I will be
leaving EDS at first opportunity and I'm sure that wonderful day is
just around the corner considering the upswing in the Tech industry.
Let the mass exodus begin.
