Salaries vary as to location. I believe they are starting between 36-
40K, and
your 1st year you can make bonuses depending on the amount of splints
you sell
(1-4thousand/quarter)-most people don't make much money here. You will
get a car
allowance of $400/month plus$7 per splint you sell...This does not even
come
close to the national average paid, and you will put on tons of
milage. Your
second year, you may get a small raise and move up into different
packages
depending on how many splints you sell, but unless you want to work all
night and
weekend, don't plan on making more than 50-60K your second or third
year, and
this is if you are good!
