DynCorp Technical Services, LLC was recently acquired by CSC so I will
speak largely of the DynCorp culture. It's been a dynamic, shifting
culture highly characterized by the ability to hit the deck running.
There's been a strong emphasis on promotion from within and providing
employees an opportunity to excel. My career here is a perfect
example. As government administrations change DynCorp has changed to
meet the culture of the administration. The casual days of Clinton have
been replaced with the more formal Bush admin. Those changes are even
reflected in items such as dress codes. Honestly, the company has given
me wonderful opportunities to grow. When the subsidiary where I worked
was sold, a promotion was offered to corporate (accepted) and after 3
years was offered another position in Las Vegas that was even more
challenging. It's been a wonderful experience. I've been able to see
our nation, the world, serve my nation and employ people. What more
could you ask for?
