We first took a written exam tht consisted of reading, writing, and arithmatic. If you passed that test you were then brought in for an interview. This interview was conducted by a group of 3 people with varying questions that I don't remember. (It was 15 years ago!) If you were successful in the interview you then had to take a physical exam that included a drug screen. If you were succcessful in that process you were called with a job offer.
