| Vice President - Equity Sales |
Overall - a great place to work. Like any other investment bank, it is
intellectually challenging, fast paced and demanding but retains a
definite European culture. It is more relaxed and amicable than the US
I-Banks with a less aggressive feel. That's not to say that targets are
difficult to achieve but you might have more fun on the way. Its also
worth noting that the new management (led by Andrew Pisker) is a very
capable bunch and has made a big difference over the last couple of
years. Diversity is good, dress code formal but you won't get black-
marked for being different. Advancement is truly meritocratic as it has
to be to compete with the US Banks - I made VP from Analyst in two
years.
