Mine is a new-born company that produces real time financial news in
italian and distribute DJN news services in Italy. It is a joint
venture between Dow Jones and Class Editori Groups, both specialized in
the electronic & print publishing.
I am currently in charge of Key Accounts and Prospects in Italy.
I like my current working enviroment. My only concern is that being a
small start up there are no opportunity for me for advancement.
The corporate culture is in line with my background being used to work
under a customer and sales orientations. We are currently sales driven
and customer oriented.
My working time is very flexible depending on business and company
needs.
I am not requested to dress formally but we all are under a dress code.
I am not currently in charge of hiring new employees as I am working
alone in Rome reporting directly to the Commercial Director based in
Milan (Northern Italy).
I would rather say to be hunted than being a hunter!
