I started at 34,500. Which wasn't much for all of the work that needs to be
done.
The bonuses are quarterly so ever three months you have to meet your goal.
This means that if you didn't make it the first month you could get a bonus if
you made up for it in the second and third month.
In the begginning it was every month that you received bonus. Changing it was a
way out of paying bonuses so much.
Vacation time was accrued each year so every month I think I received about
8 hours of vacaion. You get 2 weeks the first five years and then it goes up to
3
weeks after five years.
The only perk was you were paid for about 9 holidays a year. Christmas, New
Year's, President's Day, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial DAy, Fourth of July,
Martin Luther King, and Easter.
There was a 401K which they matched up to 7% at the end of the year.
