My current base salary is $40K per year. However, my position is non-exempt so I
do get paid overtime. I usually work between 45-50 hours per week. There is also
an after-hours on call program which pays an additional $3000 per year. This
year
(2003) they have implemented a bonus program which is tied to how well the
company does. The benefits program is comprehensive
(med/dent/AD&D/life/vision/EAP/STD/LTD/flex spending, etc.) and provided at a
very reasonable cost. Vacation is 2 weeks to start, increasing to 3 weeks after
5
years. I also have 2 personal days per year.
