When I was advanced to Assistant ASM, I was put on salary. I recieved a small increas when I was promoted to ASM and given my own area. A year later I was promtoed to a larger store and given a small raise. I went from one of the smallest stores to one of the largest stores for a few dollars a day. I left making 35,500 a year without a raise for 21/2 years.
