I was called by the Account Executive and schedule an interview about 3 weeks later. I also went through a 1 hour and 20 minute phone interview with Talent Plus for Origins. I found out that they had offered the position to someone else, however, they did not pass the Talent Plus interview. I did not have another interview with Dillard's until about 5 weeks later in which at that time I filled out the usual employment application and submitted my resume. I interview with the ASM as well as the store manager and was offered the position that day.
