hours of operation m-s 9:45 to 9:15, as a sale associate promoted to
visual i can tell you about the atmosphere dillards is based on a
sph "sales per hour" and if you don't make that they cut your pay. they
are starting to implement a new program that if you don't make your
sales by the first review they will fire you. the attitude between
employees is very competitive and you literally have to fight for
sales. chance for advancement is not that good. especially with the new
stores opening, instead of keeping alot of the employees they already
have they are hiring new ones and demoting the old ones, in every store
its different because the store managers run it a they see fit. when
corporate mangers come they don't dare talk to employees because it's
all about the money and they could care less about the employees. in
some stores you have store managers that date the employees and give
them extra benefits. they don't work with you on scheduling it's their
way or no way.
