Working at Dillards was actualy a fun and rewarding job. I worked in
the lingerie dept. In out dress code we had to dress up in either
dress, skirt, dress pants, dress shoes, had to wear make up. But all
this and had to wear a white smock that covered my clothes. My hours
were kinda split up. 3 times a week i would work morning hours. Then 2
days a week I would work morning hours. I got fired for being late by
not even a min. 3 times. I thought that was not fair. Just because the
computer says your late does not matter how many seconds or anything.
They should have had some kind of 3 min window or something. Cuz i
realy enjoyed working there. The opportunities for edvancemant.. I
don't recall ever seeing any opportunities for advancement in my area.
We had 1 general manager for each department. No positions were
available at the time of my employment.
