Despite many rounds of interviewing, this phase went smoothly. I would,
however, caution interviewees to ask as many questions about the
position as possible and try to speak frankly with someone who has
worked there within the last 2 years. Also, nearly the entire group
hired around the same time as me had significant feelings of being
mislead about the company and positions. Be careful. Some interviews
will include questions designed to "shock" the person being interviewed
to see how he or she responds. The answer doesn't matter as much as the
thought process and composure.
