I consider accepting a position at DTAS to be my first and only major
career mistake. At the lowest levels of the company it is a cross
between a fashion show, high school cafeteria, and game of assasin. The
only people there who are happy are those with no ambition, who just
need a place to hang out for a few years, and those not talented enough
to get hired elsewhere. It is a truly shallow, uninspiring place to
work. At the higher levels within the company, time is devoted
primarily to hyping the company to clients and employees, while
swindling each of their time, talent, and/or money. All of this is
topped with a company-wide arrogance and inflated sense of ability and
accomplishment.
