If you are thinking of going to work there, don't. The company is very
poorly managed and is not likely to have long term prospects. It was
late to the ERP boom, scaled up its operations significantly, and then
almost went bankrupt trying to scale down. It refuses to invest in its
employees, providing almost no training dollars. Also, it claims to be
a fun, trendy, and family-orientated place to work, but does absoultely
nothing to bolster its claims. The only advantage to having worked
there was to determine what I didn't want in my new job.
The dress code is business casual. Diversity is not an issue. The
hours are not supposed to be long, but they do manage to find a way to
screw you out of any supposed overtime you are making (i.e. calculate it
on a monthly basis so that you work like crazy for 3 weeks and then get
1 on the bench, losing all your overtime).
Advancement is based almost exclusively on tenure. There is very little
in the way of education opportunities or career counseling.
