| Customer Service Representative |
The pay was reasonable in the end. Job description has not much to do
with what the job actually
entails. A Customer Service Representaive is more like an office
manager
doing the task of four positions. no set lunch periods, (you have to
make sure someone from
another office was willing to take your responsibilities for the time
you were gone) and were expected to use your lunchtime to make deposits
and run
office errands. And all the work that came in during your lunch, you
had
to catch up on after your return. no overtime was approved. A cost
cutting mechanism, decided within the district manager's realm. working
some Saturdays was included in the job description wich turned out to
be
most, Even after working 40 hours , Monday through Friday -- still no
overtime was approved.
