Every employee is disposable. They do not care about their people. Do
not go to any expense to keep a dependable employee. Cutting costs is
always the focus no matter how much you bring up sales from the
previuos
year or month. And reaping profit for the executives themselves. The
bonus program implemented never followed through as a payoff like the
manager explains. But the company stayed within the
competitive market. With the integrity this company has become, I do
not
expect them to be around for very long. Strong sexual harrassment in
the
industry. the leaders chosen don't know how to lead. but they stayed
productive.
